- Industry focus–We invest in niche manufacturers of highly engineered components for the medical, military/aerospace and industrial markets.
- Sustainable Advantage–We target companies that produce highly engineered components. These components represent a small portion of the customer’s total expenditure, yet have a high cost of failure in the customer’s application.
- Proven management–We identify management teams that hold a proven track record and continue to demonstrate their commitment by staying with the business post acquisition.
- Financial track record–We acquire companies that possess the potential to deliver gross margins of >35% and EBITDA margins of >20%.
